Company History

Estatelink is born when our founders, all veterans of real estate development and tech, unite around a single vision: replace fragmented Excel sheets and endless WhatsApp threads with one unified platform.

After six months of intensive R&D and user interviews, we roll out our Minimum Viable Product to a select group of early adopters—testing core features like property listings, reservation tracking, and basic reporting.

We expand to a broader beta cohort of ten development agencies and five real estate brokers, gathering feedback to refine automated workflows and introduce role-based access controls.

Estatelink signs its first commercial contracts with two major property developers, locking in product-market fit and validating our pricing tiers.

Launch of our advanced reporting dashboard, offering customizable KPIs, cash-flow forecasts, and exportable insights that empower data-driven decisions.

We deliver companion iOS and Android apps, enabling agents and developers to manage projects, share updates, and send documents on the go—all synchronized with the web platform.
